What Does The Sea Hold For Us Tomorrow?[Anvil,OP]

[Anvil]

Marrok laughed. He walked over to Fizel, and walked with her to the boat. "We're going to have so many memories, Fizel. Hey, Fizel? I hope you don't mind me asking you this, but who were your parents, your brothers or sisters, your family?" He gave an apologetic, guilty look, but still showed his concern for the young female wolf. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, though. I'm not pressuring you."

[Prince]

Fizel laughed. "I don't mind, but it's kind of...Well, hard to explain really. My mother, Tsuki, raised me alone for a few months but I wandered off. I do that a lot! She told me my dad had died, but I don't think he did. His name was Kiyoshi, or something close to that. And I don't have any siblings, unless you count the human children I grew up with." She looked at him seriously. "And what about you? But...you don't have to if you don't want to."

[Anvil]

Marrok sighed pleasingly. "My life I have lived with the humans. It has been ever since I was born. I have no parents, but I do know that the humans raised me as their own child. I have no siblings, no parents, no family. Just the humans. But, then again, the humans are everything, my friends, my brothers and sisters, my parents...my family."

[Prince]

Fizel's ears perked. "Oh, that explains why you smell good then!" She laughed cheerfully to lighten the mood. "Wolves who spend their lives more wild smell like death, while wolves who spend most of their lives with human smell like, uh, a sort of floral or spice-like quality. You kinda smell like spice and the ocean! Oh, and medical supplies too, that really sterile smell." She started rambling about different smells and sights for around two minutes before suddenly quieting. "Whoops, I did it again..."

[Anvil]

Marrok laughed at Fizel. "It's okay. I'm glad that a wolf can enjoy me. You know, I hope we can find your father. Living without a family is kind of hard. I know you enjoy wandering off, but I think you would enjoy someone who you could relate to, Fizel. Maybe on our journey across the ocean, we could find him. What do you think?" He winked at the little wolf.

[Prince]

Fizel blushed, looking away quickly. "I guess so." She looked back over at him, still a bit embarrassed. "But I'd rather make good memories with you out there." She looked at the ocean again before turning back to Marrok, smiling.

[Anvil]

Marrok looked down. "Okay, Fizel. If all ends badly in us finding your father, I will still always be by your side. I promise. I will never leave you, Fizel. But we can at least try, okay? But for now, it's just you and me for a while. We can have great adventures and extraordinary memories. Whatever we find out there, we will stick together." He paused. "If we don't find your family, I'll be your family. We can be our family."

[Prince]

Fizle nodded, leaning to bump their shoulders together playfully. She smilied at Marrok, before pausing to think. "Hey, are the men okay with our wolf forms? Most humans I've met don't like it..." She warily eyed a sailor who gave them a funny look, before going back to hauling the crates onto his ship.

[Anvil]

Marrok laughed softly. "Oh, them. They're alright. They don't mind. I've been with their friends for a long time. They've heard of us, and they are fine. But that one," pointing at the sailor that Fizel was looking at, "has never heard of you before. I bet he thinks we are in love." Marrok winked at Fizel.

[Prince]

Fizel blushed again, but didn't look away. She glared at the sailor's back before gazing at Marrok. "I... I guess it may seem that way." She laughed, looking at her feet awkwardly.

[Anvil]

Marrok looked at Fizel. He saw her beautiful fur, which covered a flower necklace. The scent of the necklace made Marrok smile big at the female wolf. He thought about how happy of a wolf she was. Marrok made a small laugh. "Yeah, it would seem so, wouldn't it?" Marrok paused. "But don't worry, we can keep a secret." Marrok winked at Fizel.

[Prince]

Fizel paused for a second before she resumed walking. She had a confused look on her face, and she looked at Marrok. "Eh? Now you just have me confused..." She giggled, realizing she still had a lot to learn.

[Anvil]

Marrok laughed. "It's okay, Fizel. You will understand soon. Just forget everything I said. It's okay. Humans are okay. Well, some are. It just depends on what kind of humans you come across. Some humans would think it's a miracle to come across us. Some would like to kill us once they lay eyes on us. But these are good humans. They are only a little afraid, but they won't do any harm. Come on, Fizel."

[Prince]

Fizel nodded eagerly, a little jump in her step."Kay!" She stepped closer to him, liking the way she felt when near Marrok. She felt safe and warm, like she had with her mother.

[Anvil]

The two had finally arrived to the boat. Apparently they had walked very slow, for they should have been there five minutes before they actually did. "Here's the boat, Fizel. This is where our adventures begin." Marrok helped Fizel into the boat gently. "Here you go," he half-way said to himself. Then, he waited for a human to come aboard to steer the boat. When the human came on, he pulled the rope off the dock. Then, he too climbed aboard. Their adventure was now officially started.
