As Riku fell asleep, so did Lexion. His dreams consisted of him fighting off more dangerous wolves to protect Riku. In the dream, Riku got killed.

Riku quivered in her sleep, dreaming of Lexion leaving her for a prettier and younger she-wolf. She whimpered quietly.

Riku quivered again, this time harsher. She seemed to sense the she-wolf.

Lexion stirred when he noticed Riku quivering. He too noticed the sense of the she wolf. He quietly slipped away from her. He looked around but couldn't see anything.

Riku had been leaning on Lexion, so when he slipped away she toppled over. KIt didn't wake her up but she didn't quietly moan in slight pain.
