It did not take Lexion long to have the reply to Riku's answer. "As long as I'm with you, my love, then I'm okay with doing anything. Even if it means lying here until we die as long as you are with me." He said exactly what felt true to him, and it came straight from the heart.

Lexion pictured the scene Riku displayed before him. He imagined himself going on a journey with his true love and it seemed to be a glorious thought. "What a brilliant path we should take, my love. It sounds more that magnificent. Especially since you'll be beside me as we go through this valley."

Lexion could not help but chuckle once more. "Okay, darling. We'll get somewhere cooler." Knowing how she was not comfortable, Lexion tried not to get too close to her so he did not make her too warm.
