I would like help with drawing. I'm desperate to learn. It would be my passion if I knew how to draw. But it seems that I'm completely hopeless. If there's somebody out there wanting to give me tips, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks!

Practice practice practice, practice is KEY. There isn't a short cut way to draw, but one thing for sure is to practice. Also, look at pictures of things you want to try, such as people, rats, wolves, etc. Also don't get discouraged and always look at the anatomy of anything you draw..even if you want to do a cartoony style anatomy is KEY Well that's all i can really say, good luck, Alli

I guess I can try that, but I've been known not to have the best of luck. But I definitely appreciate your help Khaos.

Also, girlie, start off small. The world can't go round without small things or people, like me. Later on you can work on shading and such, but for now focus on simple things. Once you've mastered the small you can go deeper.

style of handwriting? My friend, my handwriting is down right atrocious.
There is no right or wrong style when it comes to art.
Though if you are particularly fond of a certain style, try drawing pictures from that style. For example, when I was little, I used to draw scenes straight out of my manga. As I got better, I began drawing the characters in different poses instead of copying the book. Just don't trace, and manga and comic books are excellent tools to help train you.

I agree with Kit. I did that for a while before I got the hang of it. I'm actually still working on hands and feet....and male figures . ^_^""

Well, I'm not actually interested in the magna style of drawing really. I mean I like those kinds of drawings but not for me to draw myself. I don't really know how to explain the kinds of things I like to draw. I guess it's in the symbol drawings, such as flowers-more specifically roses-crosses, hearts, and etc. But I'm not really that good.

manga was just an example. You can draw from anything. If you like symbols, look up tattoos.
