A World for Hope [OPEN]

Kion blinked at him, blushing. "I....uh.... T-thanks..." she turned to look at her paws before smiling at him.

[Anvil]

Serin smiled at her, surprisingly not laughing instead. "Your welcome, Kion. I really want you to know that you're special. You really have made me happier today. It's almost a miracle, you know? I guess I was just waiting for you." He laughed at his absurdity. "I know it's stupid," he said shyly, "but I'm not going to lie."

[Kyuu]

Kion smilied, leaning aganist him. "Nah... It's not stupid, it's true."
((Sorry, can't think of any more... I HAZ A FAIL...))

[Anvil]

((It's okay. Serin's good at this stuff. lol))

Serin stepped back when Kion leaned against him. "Um, well, I guess we need to keep going. I don't want it to get too dark. I don't really want it to be dark once we arrive at the town. So, we need to get going." He walked on without confirming it with her.

[Kyuu]

Kion almost fell in the snow, but her foot came up to steady herself. She frowned, following slowly. "Guess I misinterpreted his words...", she muttered lowly.

[Anvil]

Serin did not look back at Kion. "So, it won't be long before we arrive. I don't want to slow down now. We've rested way too long. Kion," he paused, "come walk with me. I-I don't want to walk alone. Will you walk by my side?"

[Kyuu]

Kion titled her head, moving a bit faster to be next to him. She brushed aganist his side, looking at him carefully. "Let's just get there quickly. I don't like the cold."

[Anvil]

Serin smiled and nodded. "Definitely. But it won't be too long. Can't you just feel the sunset on the ocean? The warmth?" Then, he paused and gave a slight laugh. "I guess you can't in this freezing blizzard. How silly of me. I don't know... I can kinda feel it." Visions of the ocean at sunset came into Serin's head. He subconsciously smiled as he saw the beautiful pictures.

[Kyuu]

Kion looked at him again, wondering what he was imagining. "Yeah, I can't wait."

[Anvil]

"Me neither," Serin said, finally coming back to reality. He looked down at her and smiled. "Do you think you could run a little right now? I know the snow and ice are falling, but I think we could go a few minutes running. It will get us farther than just walking. Is that okay with you?"

[Kyuu]

Kion grinned, nodding. "I'm a pretty good runner, Serin." She laughed.

[Anvil]

Serin laughed as well. "That's good. How about a race?" Without getting her confirmation, he ran off as fast he could. He was more of trying to impress her. He was not the best runner, but he could run fair enough. The male wolf was already running out of breath, but he tried his best not breathe too loudly, in fear that Kion would be able to hear it.

[Kyuu]

Kion gaped at him before bolting off, legs easily carrying her over the snow. She easily caught up with him, running side-by-side. She laughed, grinning at him.

[Anvil]

When Serin saw Kion catch up to him and smile, he glared at her for a moment, but smiled at her afterwards to let her know that he was not really mad. He urged for his legs to go faster. They only went slightly faster to his disappointment. He laughed a little. "That's not fair," he said and laughed again. Without noticing he was going slower.

[Kyuu]

Kion slowed down to stay next to him. "Haha."
