A World for Hope [OPEN]

Serin finally came to a stop. He breathed heavily, not able to hold it back. "How-how can you run that fast? That-that easily? I don't get it." He laughed. "I guess I'm not the athletic kind of wolf. I guess that's natural for me. I guess. So, you like running?"

[Kyuu]

Kion stopped and turned to look at him, smiling. "Yeah. And I guess it just comes natural to me.... See...." She looked down nervously at her paws, then peeked back at him. "I'm a lunar touched wolf...." She whispered the last part.

[Anvil]

Kion had barely whispered those words, but it was loud enough for Serin to hear those words. "You're a lunar touched wolf? That's amazing! So, all this time, I was with a lunar wolf, and I never knew it." He laughed. Then, he thought of something. "Kion, the truth is I believe in Paradise, but I'm not heading there. I never had a strong urge to go there."

[Kyuu]

Kion tilted her head again, looking at him. "Yes, there are some wolves like you've that I've met. All wolves do feel a slight pull, some strong, others weak. But you'll feel it eventually...." She smilies at him.

[Anvil]

Serin smiled back at her. "Yeah, maybe, I will. But it's more of me just not really thinking about it. I don't think too about it. I'm happy just living my life and having an adventure. But if you think that I can change those thoughts then maybe we should go there. You know, after the town and the ocean. What do you think?"

[Kyuu]

She grinned again. "Haha. Of course~!" Kion giggled and looked at him.

[Anvil]

Serin laughed. "I know I'm not walking as fast as I should. I'm still trying to catch my breath from running." He laughed again. "I fell like I'm going to collapse and I'm so tired." Then, he looked at her. "Sorry for complaining so much. I know that's probably very rude of me to complain so much."

[Kyuu]

Kion looked around carefully. "Maybe we should rest???"

[Anvil]

Serin sighed. "I know I should, but I don't want to stop. We must keep going." Suddenly, Serin ran off without even telling her that he was going to. As he ran, he could feel the ice cut into his face. He could feel the his paws scrape against the ice beneath him. Fresh blood erupted from his paws. Still, he kept going, but he was slightly limping. He wished that Kion did not run after him, so that he could just run by himself for a moment.

Kion was about to run after him, but she sighed and smiled and stayed at her own pace.

[Anvil]

Serin knew that Kion would not come after him. He was very glad for that. He was not breathing as hard as he had before. This time he had more energy. It was not necessarily motivation, but he felt more relaxed and free. Eventually, the wolf slowed down and waited for Kion, but he did not go back for her.

[Kyuu]

The blue black she wolf saw Serin stopping and waiting. She ran forward, wanting to be back with him.

[Anvil]

When Serin saw Kion run towards, he faced her direction. He looked into her eyes. He gave a small loving smile. Then, he nuzzled her passionately. Serin rubbed his head against her. He did not even stop to look at her reaction. He knew that that moment was the most perfect moment ever.

[Kyuu]

Kion blushed deeply under her fur. She rubbed her head against his chest, making a loveable noise in her throat.

[Anvil]

Serin rubbed her harder. Then, he stepped back. He ran his head against her one more time, and, then, stepped back again. "Come on, Kion," he said in a loving way, "let's go." He walked beside her, making sure their sides brushed against each other. Occasionally, he would rub his head on her. Then, he would continue walking.
